Why us?

Fill the application form online

We evaluate your credit information and you will receive an approval to the highest credit amount according to your credit information.  Please keep in mind that all applications are subject to the following checks: Affordability, Credit, KYC, Employment and Internal Checks.  If you are approved please log in to your online account, choose the amount you need, repayment dates and click apply.  The payment will be collected from your debit card through Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) on the dates you have chosen.

That’s as simple as it gets – we are flexible to our customers’ needs.

For example

When you apply for a loan from SkyQuid, we evaluate your credit risk and you get approved to a credit limit of £500 based on your score.  If you currently only need £200 you can just log in and choose your repayment dates.  This means that you still have additional available credit limit of £300.  The credit limit is valid for 90 days which means during that period you can submit for the rest of your credit and use it for any unexpected expenses you might encounter.

* The applicable credit available is £50 - £1000.

* Available loan term from 60 days to 6 months.

* Default occurs 90 days after due date.

* Missed payment fee £15.00 after 90 days from your repayment date.  Daily interest of 0,8% per day will be added to your account for every day overdue.  You'll never have to pay back more than twice what you borrowed.  So if you borrow £100, the most you would have to repay would be £200.

Frequently asked questions

To begin with...Registration processLoan transferLoan repaymentGeneral questions
Some times we have to deal with unexpected emergencies from time to time. When that happens, we don't always have the cash necessary to cover the expenses. SkyQuid is one of the solutions when you find yourself in a situation like this (other solutions where you can borrow is from a credit union or from friend/family).

* Keep in mind that Payday Loan is an expensive form of credit that is unsuitable for longer term borrowing needs and for those in financial difficulties.
As a business, our values are based on integrity and full disclosure from our customers. You will qualify for the SkyQuid subject to: Credit information, Affordability and KYC checks. (Please remember that you have to have a UK current account, and a debit card and a regular source of income so that you can repay the loan).
When you register as a new customer, we'll need to know your personal details, the details of your regular income source, expenditure and outgoings (affordability assessment) and your bank details - so we can deposit the loan into your bank and take the repayment on the due date. These details will allow us to assess whether the SkyQuid is the right solution for you. We will also be able to confirm your identity using your personal details, in line with the Consumer Credit Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Please make sure that the data you give us is current and accurate, or your application may be declined.
No, we can only approve new customers who sign up using a personal debit card that is linked to their bank account and belongs to them.
£50-£1000 subject to Credit history, Affordability and KYC checks.
No, you need to be employed in order to qualify for a loan from us.
Unfortunately no, you cannot have any other open loans when you apply with SkyQuid.
You'll need to be a UK resident, with an open bank account, a debit card, mobile phone number and an active email account. You'll also need to demonstrate the ability to repay your loan on the agreed repayment date. It's important that you don't register, if you think you may be unable to repay your loan on time.
Please use the contact form on our site, or email the team at support@skyquid.co.uk, and we'll check your application and account and make any amendments that are required. We shall let you know about your application subject to: Credit history and Affordability (based on your new employment status and income).
Yes, you need to be over 18. If you are over 18, then you'll be eligible to use the SkyQuid.
As long as you've provided us with clear, accurate and up to date information, and you've not previously set up an account with us, then it should be possible to sign-up with SkyQuid. Please contact the team on support@skyquid.co.uk by email, or use the contact us form on the website if you've signed up in the past and need to update your information in line with a change of circumstances.
You need to activate your account after using the one-off service for sign-up at our website, www.skyquid.co.uk. If you have any problems with your activation, contact us by email on support@skyquid.co.uk.
Check if you have a spam filter in place on your email account, as our account activation email may have been viewed as spam by your email client and flagged off to this folder. Check your spam or junk mail folder carefully. If you find an email from SkyQuid here, mark it as safe, so that it delivers correctly to your inbox in future. If you can't see the message from us in any of your folders, it may be that the email address you gave us wasn't typed correctly during registration. Use the contact us form in this case to let us know about the error, and we'll be in touch to request the correct details from you, and finish the activation process.
No, it doesn't cost anything to sign up to our website. There are no additional costs or fees to worry about when you register with us. It's important that the bank account that's linked with your debit card, isn't in the red when you apply, so that your account registration can go through and your financial and personal details are validated.
You can only change your card details 3 times. For further information, please contact our customer support.
We'll only approve your loan application once we've gone through our registration process as per Consumer Credit Act. If your account shows any message apart from 'approved', then it will mean that we're processing your request, and we'll update you by text and email once it's completed to let you know, and communicate any other issues that may need to be addressed.
On your application we will ask you to fill in your personal, contact, employment and financial details. You are also required to enter your residential, utility, transport and food costs so that we could assess your affordability and make a calculated decision.

In all cases we also need to ask you copies of your bank statements, dating back over the past three months.
You may have already started a registration with us previously. In this case, you can't re-apply using the same details. In this instance, either use the contact form or email us at support@skyquid.co.uk, and we'll update your existing account, with your new details.
We shall advise you by a text message and an email, once your application has been approved.
No, the single sign-up process happens just once. When you need a loan in the future, just login to your online account (and repay your outstanding balance).
Yes, we will let you know by a text message and an email when your loan has been approved.
Do not falsify any personal details when you apply to SkyQuid as it may prevent your account from being approved. We only process loan applications during office hours.
You can cancel your credit agreement with us within 14 days of application and this is your right. In this instance, please send an email to support@skyquid.co.uk, use the contact form on our website, or write to us at: Sunny Marketing Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU

Remember that if you do cancel your Credit Agreement once we've made you an advance, you'll still need to repay it.
You can arrange a suitable repayment plan online. Alternatively get in touch with us immediately and we'll try to ascertain the best solution for you. Don't hesitate to get in touch - it's important that we speak with you. We'll work with each customer on an individual basis, and depending on individual circumstances we'll look to reduce your payments, extend the repayment period once or find another mutually agreeable solution. If the stress of your debt is proving to be too much, seek advice and counselling from reputable independent sources such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, or the National Debtline. Your loan repayment must be made entirely from the debit card that you registered when you signed up to SkyQuid.
You are able to make an immediate payment by logging into your skyquid.co.uk account and paying through CPA or emailing our team at support@skyquid.co.uk.
If your payment is missed or late for any reason - this will put your Loan Agreement in early delinquency status and daily interest of 0,8% per day will be added to your account. If you still haven't made a payment after 90 days from your due date, then your loan will be in default and you will be charged a late fee of £15.

For this reason, we make it very clear that no one should apply for a SkyQuid loan if they aren't confident that they'll be able to make the repayment in time. Please don't apply for a SkyQuid loan if you have any doubts that you are unable to repay.
We won't stop you from having further loans from SkyQuid if you've been late with your repayment on a single occasion. But if you leave your loan unpaid for an extended time period, then we involve a debt collection agency - affecting your ability to take out further credit at any time. For this reason, it's very important to be sure that you can repay your loan before you borrow.
We don't penalise our customers for repaying their loans before the agreed repayment date. You can use the contact form on our website if you want to make an earlier payment, and we'll use your debit card to take money from your bank account.
Public holidays, bank holidays and weekends don't influence or change your repayment date.
Yes, when we've collected your payment, we'll send you a text message to your registered mobile phone number, and we'll also send you an email to let you know.
Several things may have happened. We may have tried to collect your payment, but had our payment request denied by your bank. This may be because you don't have the available funds in your bank account, so it's important to make sure you have enough cash to meet the repayments. Sometimes this issue may occur also if you've recently changed your debit card details and not told us. In this case, please email the team on support@skyquid.co.uk as quickly as possible so we can update your details. We can only accept payments from the debit card that you've registered on your account.
You can use your registered debit card to repay your loan or visit your local branch to transfer funds.

Sunny Marketing Ltd t/a as SkyQuid has not taken any money from your bank account

We do not let individuals pay a deposit in order to receive a loan. We only collect funds after lending to borrowers the amount as per agreed collection date.

Please be aware that we do not use the following email: skyquid@email.com

We have received complaints from individuals who are trying to contact another lender or a group of people who are using SkyQuid details into giving them money (pay deposit to receive a loan).

Due to numerous complaints from the public who had money taken from their bank account, we have passed all information to the Financial Conduct Authority (www.fca.org.uk), the authority responsible for loan companies for them to investigate this.

We also recommend that you obtain a crime reference number form your local police station.

Getting started

To apply you must:
  • Be over 18
  • Be a bank account and debit card holder
  • Be a mobile phone owner
  • Live in the UK
  • Answering yes to these questions means you can apply for a SkyQuid loan. But we can't guarantee acceptance. We always assess each application individually and only lend to people we think can afford to repay on time.

Before you apply

Our loans are for short term use only and may not be the cheapest option.
You shouldn't use our service to manage existing debt or if you are already struggling financially.

Applying online

You apply online - We'll ask for your address, bank and employment details. We will do an online credit check. We will also ask you for a bank statement going back 3 months.

We'll usually say yes or no right away

Depending on your credit history and affordability assessment, you'll either be approved or declined.
Remember, we will only offer you a loan if we think you can afford to pay back.

You decide

If you're approved, we'll give you your loan agreement. Please read it carefully.
Make sure you're happy to take on the commitment.
If you are, accept the agreement to sign it. If you're not sure a loan is right for you, don't accept as you'll enter into a formal agreement.
We send the money within 15 minutes after you accepted the agreement – how fast it appears in your account depends on your bank.

Repaying is automatic

We've made repaying simple. We take payment from the debit card you register with us, on the date you request.
Just make sure you have enough money in your bank account on your repayment date.

Pay back early - and save interest

You can repay all or some of your loan early at any time and save interest as you only pay interest for the days you borrow. There's no fee for repaying early.

Can I top up my loan?

If you already have a loan, but need some extra money, you may be able to top it up by entering into a new loan agreement and merge the loans while keeping the same repayment dates.
You can also change the repayment dates of your top up but this would mean we won’t be able to merge the loans and you will have two active loan agreements.
To check if you can apply for a top up, login to My account.

You've repaid on time

After your repayment, we'll send you an email and a text message to thank you for repaying your loan on time.

What if you repay late?

We may report late payment to credit reference agencies, which may affect your credit rating, and make getting a loan more difficult in the future.
If you delay repaying you will face extra costs.

What if you can't repay?

You need to contact us straight away. We always want to help you if you're having financial difficulties and we'll always try to find a solution that works best for both of us.

If you can't pay back, contact us straight away. We're here to help
